Our Philosophy
We've come a long way since our beginnings in 2017, Palmetto eBikes is one of the most reliable and knowledgeable electric bike on-line retailers in the US Low Country. We are authorized dealers/partners of some of the major electric bike manufacturers in Asia: Eunorau Electric Bikes, Addmotor, Aostirmotor, and Revi Ebikes.
We also sell custom electric bikes, demos and quality pre-owned ones. Our custom ebikes use only new quality frames and components from reputable bike parts manufacturers. Our newest custom product is the Bamboo EasyRider.
We partner with local bike shops to provide you with the after sales service support you may need.
We also carry motor kits and replacement batteries for ebikes we sell and for golf carts. We now sell Epoch Lithium replacement battery kits for golf carts.
Palmetto eBikes exists because we believe in "Improving health and wellness through ebiking."
How does buying an ebike from Palmetto eBikes work?
From the eBike Gallery (SHOP) on this website, you can view a large selection of electric bikes we sell either: (1) ex warehouse, direct ship to you or (2) pick-up from our stock inventory in Bluffton SC. There is a full description (and in many cases, a video) of each ebike we sell. You just click on the photo of the ebike you are interested in to access the details of each ebike and its purchase link.
If you are interested in physically seeing or test riding any of our ebikes first, you can make an appointment by sending us an email through the "Contact Us" page. Please indicate the ebike model(s), date and time you would like to test ride the ebike(s). Test rides are only available in Bluffton, South Carolina.
We will confirm your appointment by phone or by email with specific directions. We do not have a furnished showroom, but do maintain facilities for inventory storage, warranty repair services and for test rides prior to purchase on our most popular models.
Once you have decided which ebike to buy, you will have to complete the purchase online on this website. Your ebike is usually shipped to you directly from our US warehouse or for pick-up in Bluffton SC (if a stock inventory model). we will confirm a pick-up date, time and address with you upon completion of your online purchase.
