Palmetto eBikes are shipped factory tuned with 95% assembly completed in the box, ensuring you receive your bike ready for a quick setup. When your ebike arrives, you will need to install the front wheel, seat, handlebars, and pedals. A user-friendly owner’s manual may be included with your ebike for easy reference. If you prefer local pickup or would like your bike assembled by a local bicycle shop, please contact us after placing your order. We can arrange for a local shop to handle the assembly for you, though there will be a fee for this service. Where indicated, enjoy free shipping on your order.

For our Canadian customers, we offer international shipping to Canadian addresses (except in the provinces/territories of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, the Yukon, and Newfoundland and Labrador). A fixed rate shipping fee may be added to your purchase at checkout. 

If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, or one of the previously mentioned Canadian provinces or territories, please contact us for a shipping quote. Additionally, if HST is not collected for the government at checkout, shipments to Canadian addresses may be subject to this tax, which is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the purchase price of the ebike.

Currently, we do not support international shipping for orders outside of Canada.
