Shipping Information

Ground Shipping: Where indicated, receive FREE ground shipping anywhere in the Continental United States. Once you place an order for an ebike, it usually takes around 7-14 business days (10-15 business days to Canada) to arrive at your doorstep if the bike is coming from existing inventory. If the product is in transit from the overseas manufacturer, it can take anywhere from 30-90 days to arrive at your door step. An estimated availability date is provided in the online specifications for each product.  Time estimates can also be affected by the current demand for the product and specific delivery location or shipping company delays as a result of the covid pandemic.

Local Pickup: Where offered, local residents in South Carolina and the Province of Ontario have the option to pick up their purchased product directly from Palmetto eBikes if the product is coming from existing local stock. Please select “Local Pickup” as the shipping option. As soon as your order is complete, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for pick up. 

Free Local Delivery: On some occasions, free local delivery may be available. This means delivery up to a maximum distance of 20 miles (32 kilometers) from Okatie SC. or Markham, Ontario.

Palmetto eBikes are shipped factory tuned and 95% assembled in the box. When you receive your bike, you will need to install the front wheel, seat, handlebars, and pedals. An easy to use owner’s manual may be included with your ebike when it arrives. If you prefer to have your bike assembled by a local bicycle shop, please contact us after you place your order and we can arrange for a local bicycle shop to assemble it for you. Your local shop will charge you fee for assembling the ebike.

For our Canadian customers, shipping to Canadian addresses is available (except in the provinces/territories of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Newfoundland and Labrador). A fixed rate shipping fee is added to your purchase at checkout on some our ebike models. 

Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or one of the above mentioned Canadian provinces or Territories.  If not collected for the government at checkout, shipments to Canadian addresses may be subject to HST, which is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in the purchase price of the ebike.  

International orders (outside of Canada) are NOT supported at the present time.
