Orders are accepted subject to the applicable product specifications and seller terms. Bikes requiring assembly must be assembled and operated according to the supplied instructions and local laws.

Returns require contacting Palmetto eBikes before sending materials back. The existing policy states a five-day acceptance period from delivery; returned materials must be new and in original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee and shipping responsibility on the buyer.
